Unprofessional and narcissistic owner. She can fake a nice exterior if you flatter her. But if you ever politely express any dissatisfaction with the job she does, she will abuse you while shaking with rage at the suggestion she didn't do a perfect job. Any decent customer service worker or business owner would strive for customer satisfaction, while she instead became defensive and aggressive to preserve her ego. Disgusting!!!
