I've been in 2 times in the last year, both times looking for a small part that would normally be part of a larger assembly. Both times the staff went out of their way to find me specifically what I needed, rather than just selling me the whole larger assembly. Amazingly kind and friendly service. They are clearly geared up for the professional tradie, but also 100% willing to help the little guy with personalised service. Big thanks.
