Excellent, professional service from the whole team at Innovate Air. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I couldn't be happier with the staff who installed my ducted system. As for the system itself - I love it! The comfort level of my home has improved dramatically.

Innovate Air supplied and installed a new ducted Actron air conditioning system to replace the original outdated system installed when our house was built 15 years ago. We were extremely impressed with everything about Innovate Air. Matt was very accommodating and responsive to the need to act quickly to restore our only form of heating during a very cold spell after a power outage resulted in the failure of the old system. The staff are a credit to your company. They were impressively prompt, professional, courteous and considerate. The new system is quieter and more efficient than the one it replaced and we could not be happier with our choice of Innovate Air.

I was looking for a cost effective and efficient way of air conditioning my two rooms. The Innovate Air team in a timely manner delivered a cost effective air conditioning system. The team who installed the air conditioning system were polite, friendly and efficient. Matt took the time to explain how the system worked to ensure optimal efficiency. They tidied up after themselves when the job was completed

The gents at innovate air are tradies that dont use excuses about timelines and wait times on goods, they give you a firm date when the work will be completed and go above an beyond to meet that bried. 10/10 would recommend for all Air- Conditioning and Electrical needs - good bunch of blokes to!

Was given these guys to install via harvey norman, twice. First time was ok.. second time what a joke, if it's not a simple install they don't want to know about it. Kept pushing dates out. Seriously go elsewhere

I had a couple of split systems installed at my place recently by Innovate Air. I am happy with the Australian-made Actron Air units; they seem efficient and good quality. The Innovate Air service was excellent; very professional, arrived when they said they would, no hassle installation and it's a tidy and clean job. Fair price too. Couldn't really ask for more !

Thanks to the creativity of the Innovate Air Team. I was able to upgrade from a proposed 2 ducted ac design to a 1 premium product for my new home.Having experienced other AC products, the control and comfort of the ActronAir Que system is head and shoulders above the rest. Added bonus, the Que is Aussie made!
