Quite a mediocre cleaning was done by one of the doctors. This was a while back, but I never came back. A dental hygienist should do the cleaning, not a dentist. I was disappointed with the quick and superficial cleaning. Also, I was shocked to see how much they charged my health fund for a filling and xrays, which they did not tell me in advance. Then, after they realised the health fund covered more than they thought, they gave me cash back, which was weird. The positive side was the friendliness of the dentist. Please hire proper dental hygienists and raise the overall standard and professionalism. It is subpar to what you can get in more professional dental clinics and overseas. You do cleaning to really clean rather than work with a clock on each tooth.

Me and my wife had a great experience. Everyone was so accommodating and nice. Dr Henny Lie was patient in explaining different procedural options together with their corresponding costs to me. I can see why she was complimented well in the reviews online. The reception even gave my wife a free dental kit even though I was the only one who signed up for consultation. It was definitely a great experience!

I had a wonderful experience at Gorgeous Smiles dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness by your staff. They were very helpful and accommodating throughout my entire visit.Dr. Ali Eskandari and his assistant were very professional, yet they also managed to make the experience enjoyable with their sense of humour. I appreciate how Dr. Ali Eskandari took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, which helped me better understand my dental health.The clinic was very clean and comfortable, which made me feel at ease during my visit. The atmosphere and vibe of the clinic were also great, and it was easily accessible by public transportation.Overall, my experience at Gorgeous Smiles Dentistry was faultless. I will definitely recommend Gorgeous Smiles to anyone who cares about their dental health.

I have been to Gorgeous Smiles a few times now after looking around for a new dentist. I have had a great experience so far. The reception staff are always very welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere is open and comforting. Dr Mark Choi who I have seen so far has always made me feel very relaxed and comfortable, and is generous in offering consultation and advice during the appointment. I have been to a few different dentist services in and around Melbourne and I am pleased to have found Gorgeous Smiles, I look forward to continuing to visit them for all of my dental needs in the future.
