I took my Skyline FLYFOX to Nick and he was lovely. He did a great job on my repairs on my car and gave my Mother and i a lift to the bus stop. Very good customer service and workmanship. Thankyou Nick and your Team. I highly recommend anyone to take there car there even if your out of the area you won't regret it.

This review is quite concerning!I own a Nissan Skyline GTR which I had taken into the Mechanical workshop for some mechanical repairs. During a discussion I was quoted $400 for the prescribed repairs however, I did mention the extra work that I wanted done which I was also quoted for and was willing to pay for it. Prior to picking up my vehicle I was told that it would cost me $1600.00. Being a $1200.00 difference and a substantial and unjustified hike in pricing, I DO NOT recommend this workshop as I feel that I should have been notified first of any subsequent increase of the prices due to the extra work done not an hour prior to collecting the vehicle which would naturally put any customer in dismay and a physiological stress. I find the situation very unethical with poor work etiquette, A VERY dissatisfied customer.

Experienced team with quality customer service. I’ve brought both my Hilux and Golf and can’t fault the price and service. Would recommend!

Both nick and Pete do a great job on all of my cars that i have owned highly experienced in what they do and great customer service.

So this guy tells me it will cost $699 to fix my right mount, left mount and my rear mount. He doesn't even hoist my car up to even check the mounts properly just tells me it needs fixing. I know for a fact that my rear mount didn't need changing as i took it to another mechanic after i left this guys shop. I asked peter the owner if i could see a receipt for the job afterwards including the cost of the parts. Once i asked this he became very aggressive and is quiet a big man and basically pushed me out with his chest and told me to take my car else where. At this point i new something was not right so i drove around to different places and found the parts that were needed for my car at more then half the price he wanted to charge me. I also found someone that quoted me half the price of the labor. So not only did this guy ask me to pay in cash and said if i paid with card he would charge me extra but he also ripped me off and charged way more the the 10% extra he is supposed to charge for parts purchased. He obviously has no respect for women and if i was any women out there i would never go to peter because he will take advantage of you and rip u off. I should of called the cops with the way he tried to intimidate me and push me out of the shop but I'm a big believer in karma and it will come around for him. So from $699 i got the parts and the job done for $400. Thanks for ripping me off and also lying to me about the rear mount when it didn't meed fixing. Next time hoist the car up and do your job properly women are not as dumb as u think.

Fantastic place to sort any mechanical issue you have. I have been taking my car to P & R for over 10 years and will not go anywhere else. A father and son business, Peter and Nick will go above and beyond to fix your car. Service is great, they are always helpful and very well priced. Nick went to my house to diagnose an issue with my car, didnt charge me and advised what the issue was. I gave him the work due to his attention and courtesy. Told me the job would be done in a day and it was done within a few hours. Peter and Nick are my go to guys.

Always a great service and a pleasure dealing with Peter and Nick. I have been going to P&R from my very first car and been bringing all vehicles to them since new as well definitely recommended and they have always kept there prices real and fair. Hard working and committed.

Hi there, thought this may be helpful for everyone looking for a good mechanic.So i have been bringing my cars to Peter and Nick now for years. These guys are great, customer service is always good and repairs are better. Iv tried other places before though these guys always seem to have it down packed. My car gets a full check over everytime. If your looking for mechanics that actually care for your safety and repair your car properly I recommend p&r automotive, I believe if the same Mechanics are still working in the same unit since they started years ago than that's a good place to go. In regards to the woman who commented regarding Peter being aggressive this is extremely false I have never seen or heard of such a thing before regarding Peter. I feel that you may have just been upset he didn't fix your car. And in regards to pricing he is very reasonable I believe he should charge more for his expertise. Hope this finds you all well.
