I was treated well until the moment I left my car at the workshop, being able to park it in front and leave the key in the mailbox. After the quote ($$$$$) was made (30 min), where I did not agree with the services and values, I started to be treated with contempt, ironies and a lot of arrogance. When I refused to do the service, I asked for bank details to pay only for the inspection and for my car to be returned to the street and the key in the mailbox “if you want you pay and pick up the keys personally, I won't do it for you ”. Definitely bad first and last experience, I don't recommend.

Honest with great customer service. Very clear reports, fair price and excellent service. They take care of all my cars and I never have problems. Super recommend for anyone that want a trustful mechanic on the coast.

I sent the car there to change the clutch, they pretty much did the job in 2h, and later on the car started having problems with the clutch chattering, which makes the car shake badly and hesitate at takeoff. I brought it back there and after driving it the head mechanic said that the clutch was totally fine, and that if he had to open it again to check it, and it was really fine, I'd have to pay for the whole labour again. He put the problem in either coils, cables or sparkplugs, replaced the sparkplugs and sent me home. The problem is still there, car still shakes and hesitates a lot on takeoff, nothing changed.So far I have checked the problem with two other mechanics, both agreeing that the problem is clutch chattering, so I will have to do the clutch again.Basically, unprofessional and lying head mechanic.
