I was previously with a large real estate firm and they had a large portfolio of properties to manage and not necessarily across issues as they arise. Tammy has built up a relationship with the tenants and any issues that arise are dealt with in a supportive fashion. Even to the extent of on a weekend showing a recently separated person how to clean the oven properly and tend to the gardens as they had never done it before. That is the extra service you don’t get from a larger firm. She cares for the property as if it was her own.
