Absolutely disgusting service and experience. The manager is a liar and a shonk who has promised to resolve a fraudulent contract and charges for weeks and then never replies or answers the phone. I went in to port 3 services from another carrier to Vodafone & put them onto new 24 month contracts with new iPhones. The staff were only too happy to take the sales - promising me - in writing on contracts - that the charges would be $77 per month per service. The bills I get are for more than this and when I went in to the store to have it sorted the manager told me there is no such monthly fee. I showed him the signed contract from his employee and he told me he shouldn't have done that - not my problem. He then phoned the employee who confirmed he had indeed offered me that rate and signed the contract as such. The store is now ignoring my calls andmessages and weeks later there is still no resolution. This store makes promises it can't keep and will happily take your money, then leave you with nothing but headaches and problems. Every time I have had the misfortune of trying to fix these constant issues in the store there are always several other people in there also at the end of their tether with problems as a result of lies they've been told and sold via this store. I now have to waste more of my time escalating this through Vodafone and the Telecoms Ombudsman as there is still no resolution. I would seriously encourage you to go elsewhere and avoid giving this terrible place your business.

Hello,I would just like to input my feedback about the employee in Merrylands MV.He has helped me from the moment I walked into the store to preorder the iPhone 12 pro max, and has continued helping me each time I come into the store.Employees like him with great customer service and that actually give the best to the customers is the reason why I would only come into this store!Whenever I have a situation I do not hesitate or worry as I know he will help me and fix the FoneSolution...MV - the best!

I had a very pleasing experience at this store. Majd and MV were very patient, helpful and easy to deal with when upgrading my phone. Majd took the time to help me set up my phone with his no-trouble" attitude. I could not recommend this store any more as it was such a delightful experience. I was packaged with a good deal not to turn down including another phone and NBN. I will continue to upgrade my phone at this store."
