Our experience at Brandon Park Vet has been nothing but positive. They have a sensitive and caring approach & communicate patiently about the issues and what needs to be done. Dr Daniel has been highly professional, knowledgeable & empathic in caring for our elderly cats. The staff are always friendly snd helpful. We would highly recommend this service for expert care of pets.

The team at Brandon Park Vet hospital are amazing. We have taken our little family member to this team for the past 16 years. The are loving and caring and always there to support you.

We have a little puppy who began to get quite unwell. I had to call up a few times to get him into a few appointments and every time I call the reception staff are so kind, helpful & they all knew our little man and remembered his case from previous appointments.We saw two different vets on two separate occasions (Carl & Daniel) and both of them gave us extremely detailed information, took the time in the appointment to go through everything & answer all of our questions. Unfortunately our little man had to have 24/7 care and even then after being moved to a 24/7 vet we got a follow up call from Brandon Park vet the next day to see how we were coping and to let us know they had been keeping in contact with the 24/7 vet.Very impressed and overwhelmed with the compassion from everyone here.

I've had nothing but good experiences at this vet clinic over the past 2 years. Dr Sarah and Dr Carl are both compassionate and patient vets who have been really great with my very anxious cat. They are often quite busy, but for good reason! Despite their high demand, they always put in a lot of effort to squeeze us into their schedule whenever we need an urgent appointment, which is so appreciated.

I cannot recommend this place more highly for your fur babies. The staff are compassionate and you can tell they love animals and want to help in any way they can. They took the time I needed and gave me plenty of support with a hard decision I had to make.

The Vets and their staff genuinely care for all animals who come through their door. Beautiful people and highly professional. Every time I get in touch, they are so kind and accommodating. I know my pet is in great hands!

Dr Sarah and Dr Daniel are both amazing creatures, as are all the staff that I have had the pleasure to interact with. They are an awesome team and continue to do an amazing job looking after the wellbeing of 3 geriatric little fur babies- with everything from an emergency check-up to routine blood tests, dental work and more. Having driven past that giant giraffe outside on Ferntree Gully Rd for many years I do not know why I continued going to the RSPCA, the care and attention that Brandon Park Vets give to my kitties cannot be understated... I honestly regret not bringing them here sooner. I would highly recommend Brandon Park Vets to anybody that cares about their pets.

Doctors needs more trainingMy dog died because the negligence of this vet. He suffered very badly close to end of his life. His gallbladder ruptured secondary to cushings disease which I insisted to the vet quite a few times but she wasnt convinced he has cushings. When he was presented to the vet as an emergency, they did bloods ultrasound and xray couldnt find the cause of the pain instead of referring they gave him iv fluid and sent him home to me at night. He suffered so bad overnight i had to rush him to emergency but they couldn't do anything without history and medical reports. Next morning we went back to the vet they gave him more fluid and told me it's still early days. He was in so much pain i couldnt watch him suffer.. in the afternoon they eventually suggested a specialist hospital we rushed to there within 10mins they found the problem but it was already too late. This condition can be found easily through ultrasound but they missed it and wasted critical time.I will not recommend this vet to anyone

Found a new Vet for my dog. This place is so clean with super friendly and helpful staff. Greeted with a smile as soon as you enter the Clinic. Lots of varieties of pet foods to choose from. I also use their Hydrobath when my dog is due for one. They have everything that you need. Will definitely come back.
