They gave me burnt pizza and now again burnt pasta!! Their quality is going down with a pass of time and price going up! Downgrading the Pizza hut brand. You should open a local pizza shop and not use the brand!

I went there for a job interview. The boss was not there and I had to speak to him on the phone of an employee. He proceeded to ask me the same questions he had asked me on two previous phone calls. He ended it by saying I’d get back to you. I wasted 3hrs of my own time as well as money travelling there and back to my home. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.

Worst service.Ordered 1 hour in advance. Got there, didn't start cooking until we arrived to pick up the order. Had atleast 3-4 staff on yet when other customers arrived they left them waiting for 15 minutes while 1 person was cooking our meal that should have been done 20 minutes prior. They're too busy working with air pods in and talking in their own language to acknowledge their own paying customers.Will not be returning. Absolutly useless.

**Here PIZZA IS NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH**Today my friend got a hot and spicy veggie pizza on thin n crispy base. The base is as hard as cardboard. He ate three slices and finally returned it as it is worst of all pizzas. This evening my friend's stomach was upset and having motions. At that time store was maintained by owner's son which was surprise. We won't recommend anyone.

Worest experience ever experienced.i think the manager was not experienced how to talk to customer .And the pizza is different.I ordered 3 same pizza's .but you can see the difference between them and they are not well cooked too.

If you really wanna taste something unique, try burnt pizza from Pizza hut coopers plains. Order was late for 20 minutes and then it arrived like this. Totally disappointed.

What is wrong with you people?Moorookas pizza hut is good. But i ordered from here and i received a half cooked vegan cheese... Not-cheese lovers... And extra dough-peperoni.Loaf of bread with tomato sauce is better.Disgusting product

Absolutely useless customer service!!Arrived before 5pm to get their special deal which finishes at 5pm.They were so slow at serving by the time I got to the front of the line it was 5pm & they didn’t want to give me the lunch special.The people serving are a little bit “special”. lol
