Worst workshop and customer service i have had anywhere, had boat there for warranty repairs, still no good after several attempts, paid to have repaired elsewhere

Bought a boat, medical issues preventing me from using it so I got in contact to sell the boat. I paid 25K for it added 1 hour to the boat and they paid me 17K. The boat had a K worth of safety gear I bought for it. Once they took the boat they rang and told me 16.5K as the brake pads needed changing. I firmly said no. Then the promised money in bank didn't happen and took 48 hours to hit my bank account. I trusted them and they plain ripped me offDon't ever sell to this mob, they will just rip you off.

These guys are great to deal with. No question how good the service is here. Recently purchased a great boat from Mike and couldn't be happier with all the staff instore and the workshop. Very well stocked store, everything you need is all there

First time customer here, and I have to say I've found the staff very courteous, professional, helpful AND customer focused. My wife bought something from them as a gift for me, however I had also purchased the same item from them on Ebay.The staff I dealt with on Ebay understood the honest mistake and refunded the higher priced item immediately which went way beyond my expectations. They were also SUPER QUICK to respond to all messages/emails..it really is a nice change from some marine companies I've dealt with.I'll now be a customer for life, honestly cannot rate Terrace Boating high enough in my opinion.I'm not affiliated with Terrace Boating in any way either, this has wholly been MY own experience and review.Hope it helps.

When Terrace Boating installed my MinnKota they used cheap look like Anderson plugs, instead of the real thing. They don't contact properly. Has caused me all sorts of grief requiring a replacement.

Really happy with the purchase of the outboard motor I bought from here. The salesperson, Michael, was very thorough in explaining the operation and running in process of the motor, which considering the good discount on the already well priced item was excellent. I would certainly give them a call again if I need any more boating equipment.

Went into the shop/yard looking at boats for a family member.. Was in there for at least 30+ mins looking at every boat and not one staff came up and asked us if we’d like any help or even a hello how are you! Pathetic. Family member was ready to drop a huge down payment on a rig and due to poor customer service we took our business elsewhere ☺️

Interest shown in helping me buy a 30k JetSki was zero so I shopped elsewhere and bought the same day

Poor service. When I went in to enquire about boats i was made feel like I was hassling the staff by asking questions. Sorry!Staff member refused to provide me with a quote whilst I was there and insisted on taking my details to send me a quote via email. Never received the quote. Surely this isn’t a successful business plan. If only they knew I had money in my pocket on the day to pay a deposit. Contacted alternate supplier and paid cash for a boat with much better service!
