Had the guys from Chilly Air do a deep clean of 2 split systems and 1 box air-con. Great service, arrived on time, were professional and even returned when i was having trouble with the remote on the same day. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending these guys.

We had to move our van over the weekend. Due to the short notice we weren't able to phone in time. Despite the stuff around from our end, they didn't take very long before we had frosty air conditioning throughout. From my research, the price of installation and the air conditioner was much more affordable than the average installation.Customer service was excellent and honest.Thank you for getting our air conditioner in so quickly before Christmas.

The whole team at Chilly Air were fantastic! Shaun was very efficient with his quoting and managed to squeeze us in ASAP as we had been through a drama for over a month with 3 other aircon companies taking weeks to quote and respond with either poor customer service or a complete lack of urgency even when I mentioned how I struggle with my health in the heat and humidity, but Shaun and his team got it done in such a short turnaround. The new Fujitsu aircons are fantastic, we're so happy with them!

Shaun was honest and knowledgeable. His customer service was amazing. I found him to be an honest man who does the job right. He's not interested in doing shoddy work to keep coming back and making money off you. If you want it done right the first time, give these guys a call.

As part of pre summer maintenance I engaged Chilly Air to review service and clean all 6 split system AC units in my residence/ home office. What a great service and straight up good value. Super responsive. Fast turn around. They turn up when they say they are going to turn up and know what they are doing. Shaun is a genuine nice bloke and did a great job. Have no issues recommending their services and would have no hesitation in using them again. Extra 10 points for tolerating a super annoying puppy!!
