Cannot speak highly enough of this agency! We purchased our unit in Golden Beach through Peter Crowe and were very satisfied with the professional way he conducted the sale. Recently, we rented the unit and have been very happy with property management of it. Megan compentently handles and addresses any situation and my dealings with Ashleigh and Tracey have been highly satisfactory. Gemma, on the front desk is always friendly and obliging. We have had negative experiences with other agencies in the past in the rental market, so this positive experience with SRE has restored our faith and confidence. Myself and my partner applied for our first rental through plenty of agencies, with no rental history, no agency on the coast even gave us a second look, not to mention all the service from the other agencies was so poor. I think this matters a lot because one day we would look to buy a house, and we would never use any of the agencies we had applied through from their service. My husband and I rented a property through seaside and had nothing but good experiences. Our property manager was very respectful and always made us feel comfortable during inspections. Repairs were always promptly attended to and the companies they used for this were highly professional and worked in with our work schedule.
