SHED & GROW - HYPNOTHERAPY & PSYCHOTHERAPY
I saw Beccy for a series of hypno sessions to try to help me in the area of weight loss. It became much more than that though. Beccy's kind and warm nature opens up these sessions to self love and acceptance. I was amazed how hypno worked and how after a few sessions I starting to let go of some of my old patterns of behaviour. It wasn't that those impulses weren't there as such but what this practice taught me was to be present and brought forward this mindfulness. I recommend seeing Beccy to anyone seeking hypnotherapist with warmth and integrity. I also think her home clinic provides the perfect atmosphere for such a practice.
