I rented a unit through Andy, from the start there was issues with the cleanliness of the place ( agent told me place had end of lease clean ) - carpets had to be cleaned as it was found to be untrue, also bathroom fans had not been cleaned.Early on in the tenancy there was issues with water leaking which had it of been dealt with immediately there would have been less issues further down the line. The agent tried to blame the landlord - eventually the landlord changed the agent as was not getting a good service from Zip Realty.I believe honesty and integrity and a can do approach goes a long way in being the middle person in this scenario.I would not recommend anyone to use this business/agent based on my experience.
