The girl working there is very rude and unhelpful. Bought a case from the shop and realised there was a line across the case that seemed to be a manufacturing error. I went back 5 minutes later and looked at the same case and that case had no line, the girl refused to acknowledge the issue or offer any exchange. Very unhappy with the experience.

Get my phone screen fixed at a really reasonable price, and staff were really nice!!! Specially the lady named Lin checked every single function carefully prior to repairing my phone screen! Really satisfying store!

Excellent customer service. I offered her a tip but she wouldn't take it. I guess when you know how to run a business you don't need to get greedy. She helped me and my partner, we came back as he changed his mind about the phone case he wanted and they were happy to swap it over. She even helped me set up my new phone. So happy. Will be returning.

Jason was very helpful and cheery. Initially didn't have the product I needed that was sold out most places. As I walked by a second time 5in later he called me over and found one in stock. Price was good too for a tablet case. Worth a visit! *****
