The single worst experience with real estate I have ever had in the 10 years I have been renting. Did not greet us, generally impolite and unpleasant. Disgusting treatment by the real estate agent. I didn't even bother to look at the property. If you're struggling to find tenants for your rental property with Kas Woch, look no further than their terrible agents.If I could give zero stars, I would.

We signed up to sell our house with Annette Waddell, and I felt she was honest and knew the market and we sold our house for the price we wanted and amazingly within a few days of signing up to sell she had found a buyer for the house. The whole process has been quick and relatively easy. I truly recommend her services.

Property managers don't maintain properties.Emergency repairs don't get done within a reasonable time frame.I don't recommend renting through this real estate.

I have bought, sold, and rented properties with them over many years and could not be happier. As a client, you can always trust them to do what is best for you.

My experience with Annette has been the best. She is pleasant, professional, and knows her business. I ended up with a great home, and we could not be happier.Highly recommend Annette :)

Bought a house through kas and the day I went to move in the bloke was still living in the house. Kas did FA to help and once we got the guy out kas gave me an envelope with a single key in it that didn’t fit a single lock in the house. All the windows and doors were wide open and a year later I’m still throwing out the old guys stuff because he left the lot. I wouldn’t deal with kas woch again, I highly recommend you don’t ither.Save yourself a colossal headache from dealing with that man.

Have to say after many rentals with kas I thought buy a house through his company.DONT DO IT, IM SORRY TO SAY THEY DROPPED THE BALL BIG TIME.REALLY SKITTY SALES LADY,ALL THE CHECKSVWERE NOT DONE ON TIME,NOR DONE AT ALL. KAS HAS LOST HIS WAY. SADLY I WONT BE USING HIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN.

Office manager Marilyn Woch was unfriendly with no communication skills. I accompanied my son and his girlfriend as they handed in their application for a rental property. He is 18 and just finishing senior year and was excited to apply for his first rental. They both went to a lot of trouble to present their application neatly. I was appalled at how cold and unfriendly Marilyn was towards them. These are young kids that are beginning their journey into adulthood and need to be supported and commended for their effort. They were nervous and you gave them no reassurance. Marilyn spoke no words, just photocopied and filed and could not even let the kids know when they may hear if they were successful. Never thanked them or wished them well.They waited patiently to hear of any news and never did. You need to follow up and let people know why they were not successful and what they can do to improve their chances in the future. I walked away and said to my son What you just witnessed is what not to ever do when you are involved in customer service" You are obviously bored in your job but every person that walks through that door deserves to be respected and feel welcomed."

Jennifer is a friendly and professional property manager, open to communication and has great people skills

Kas is an honest hardworking agent who doesn't pressure you into high priced advertising plans and goes all out to sell your place. He submits all offers but doesn't brow beat you into accepting a lower price than you are after. Kas is easy to get along with.
