Brad presented handling Dangerous Dog Course to myself and other staff in Local Government Animal Management Department. In the last 14 years I haven't attended a more practical, informative and hands on Workshop over two days. Highly recommend every person dealing with dangerous dog situations get along to one of these.

CSI's knowledge, expertise and passion is second to none. Brad's guidance and education helped us create some unbelievable changes in our 5yo dog (2016) who had some behavioural issues within a few short months. If you are willing to do the work - the results speak for themselves.We have now engaged Brad's services in helping us with puppy development with our 6 month old German Shepherd (2021). We really appreciate that Brad's approach is for the long term happiness of our boy, and for us as a team.It was really important to us to find someone who wasn't about a quick fix, but more of a sustained journey and to be a mentor if and when issues arise. Brad even sent us some podcasts and other resources he has which were super helpful and at no cost.The facilities are clean, professional and equipped with everything you need to transfer skills you learn to your home. 1st class dog training services, and facility.Brad just understands these animals, in my opinion very few can understand dogs like he does. I would encourage you to just take a look at the content online, and this will paint a small picture of brads skills/ability.Upon attending puppy school, and having my dog develop an immense obsession for other dogs (where the puppy school trainers couldn’t help and in fact we’re making things worst), I was recommended by a friend to book a session with Brad. This was the best decision I have ever made for my dog and I.Brad taught me the fundamentals and how to effectively communicate with my dog, this helped build the awesome relationship that I have with my dog (my dog WANTS to listen to me).I will say this though, if your expecting results without putting in the work, than no trainer can help you. From my personal experience, doing the work is bloody rewarding.

Brad at Canine Services International has been an absolute lifesaver for our Bordercollie, Bowie. We had spent thousands of dollars and hours of time with other dog trainers and obedience schools in Melbourne for Bowie’s anxiety/reactivity but we were seeing little to no improvement. We got to the point where we were wondering whether rehoming Bowie was our only option.Brad was recommended to us and our only regret was not seeing him sooner. Brad has helped my wife and I develop and shape our 6 month old puppy for the last few months. Thought I found the most amazing trainer to help me, help my dog.Turns out I was wrong.After meeting and paying for the assessment (results I have never received) I was excited to get stuck into it and work with Brad.To put it into perspective,I had a serious challenge on my hands and needed some professional help with my dog (a rescue).I know that good dog trainers are very busy, so I put any questions /details in writing, for them to have the chance to review and respond to in their own time.I never expect a response out of hrs, but jeez, did I get an arrogant and defesive response OOhrs via text and on a call.Trying to achieve the best possible outcome by providing detailed observations and information, I am told that this is and I quote perhaps a reflection of your level of commitment to your dog. Trained with Brad back in 2017 and still feel angry at how i was treated. Lovely at first then became impatient, rude and blunt. I was made to feel like an idiot despite working as a Vet Nurse and having done training already with my easy to train Border Collie. I still don't know how trainer could treat a young woman like that who was so eager to learn. I payed for 5 sessions up front and never received my final session. So disappointing.
