Range is good and price okay. Staff are friendly but the owner manager is extremely rude - pray you don't have to deal with him. I had to because half my order was not available on the pick-up date and the sparky was supposed to work on my house next day. He was utterly rude and told me he won't care if I never return despite me spending circa $1K on various lights. I have found a pretty good retailer since.

I have purchased personalised Acrylic signage from their store and received something different to what I ordered. Acrylics were meant to be printed on the frosted side but rather printed on the clear side and when contacting the company they said they were unable to print on the frosted side although they had done so previously for me, with no consultation with the customer they printed on the clear side. When I sent photos and addressed it with them they blamed the printing company as they couldn't print on the frosted side and never informed me. I didn't want to waste my time so I asked if they were genuinely going to resolve the issue or do I just put through a fair trading complaint. They took this as a threat and a way to escape their fault. Be careful when purchasing they were lovely to deal with initially but unfortunately as soon as their error was noticed they were quick to shy away from it.

Today I got a finger pointed right in my face and shouted at very loudly get out if my shop". Apparently directly insisting that she show me something that meets my requirements rather than "look at everything that is glass" was being rude. I ignored her request
