We have been dealing with Absolute Phone and Data for several years. They assisted us in the transfer from ISBN to NBN. We received conflicting information from Telstra and NBN and Ian was a wealth of knowledge and our go to person for some independant advice. We recently moved business premises and they provided our business with a new phone system. They delivered and installed the phone system on the agreed time frames. We were having trouble with our FTTN NBN at Tentworld Burleigh Heads, and were unable to diagnose the issue ourselves (nothing obvious - we arent techs!). The Absolute Team were able to send out a technician within a few hours of calling, and the technician was able to diagnose & fix the fault within 1 hour. The team answering the phones were very polite & professional, and generally I am very impressed and will definitely use again when the need arises.
