I had been to the salon and had a couple of appointments with Ella who was so lovely, and done a really good job. My recent appointment with a different stylist, was so very disappointing. I felt that my hair was not washed thoroughly, the stylist did not listen to what I asked for, then towards the end of the service, I had to ask again for what I had originally asked for and the stylist became very annoyed and started to bang items on her trolley, and became very rude towards me. I then was charged an additional $20 in comparison to my previous appointment. When I asked about why the cost was more I was rudely told it was because a iron was used on my hair.

Phoenix hair design is a fab place for an amazing cut or styke, colour, and set. Staff extremely professional and very very good at their craft. Very friendly and even the cappacino is excellent. Prices are very reasonable.

The lady from England did a great man's haircut in preparation for a job interview. She was fast, professional, immediately understood how I needed to maintain some length to help obscure my balding spot :) Great price too. For a first timer, all staff members were warm & kind.

Gorgeous little salon in a convenient location. Very good service, the staff were very friendly and attentive and most importantly, I'm very happy with my hair! Gloria is very experienced and she did a fantastic job, and I will definitely be returning! Highly recommend.
