BEWARE that this is the business previously known as 'Lavish Medi Spa', which was sold & now the new owner has renamed the business due to Department of Fair Trading action against her.I have $300 worth of valid & in date gift certificates purchased at this salon & the new owner refuses to honour them, despite that being the condition of the business sale & the law - confirmed by both her lawyer & the previous owner’s lawyers.The old owner has confirmed the business was sold with 6 vouchers outstanding & the new owner knew this & is legally obligated to refund or honour them as part of the contract of sale.Instead though, the new owner has lied to me multiple times & has now changed the business name to try to avoid responsibility.I am now having to chase this through the Department of Fair Trading.As a customer I should not have to be involved in this messy situation purely due to the new owner's deceitful behaviour.This behaviour is not only dishonest & disappointing - it is a huge warning sign of how the business is now being run & how loyal customers are treated.I will not be visiting again & I would suggest everyone else beware & be very cautious spending money here - as they are happy to take it, but then they wash their hands of it when it disappears into thin air.I am now out of pocket $300 & am having to chase this new owner, who is refusing to honour the in date vouchers. Absolutely unprofessional, unconscionable, deceitful & disgusting behaviour.-----------Edited to add a reply to 'Management 'response ;Unsurprisingly, this is more lies.My complaint reference against this business with the Department of Fair Trading is 10747192 & I am very happy to have anyone message me & I will provide them with a copy.Also attached is the message 'Management' sent me showing they knew their obligations & assuring me they would either refund or honour the vouchers - which they did not.In fact, instead, they changed the company name - anyone can look that up also - to avoid responsibility.If my factual statements were not correct, they would not have active & open Fair Trading action against them & they would not have had to remove all of their posts trash talking the last owner & they would not have had to close the Lavish Medi Spa social media pages.This business & 'Management' have not been understanding & they did absolutely nothing to help. If they had, why would I go to Fair Trading & why would they have to change the business name?I am happy to prove my facts to anyone who would like to message me.The ABN 45 121 601 450 can also be looked up easily to see I am telling the truth about them changing the name to avoid obligations.The business owner lied repeatedly & cannot prove any of their statements, I am happy to as my review is correct & factual.

I visited Sapphire for a carbon laser facial. Soudi is just the loveliest person. The entire experience was very comfortable and relaxing, the results are are extraordinary. She also gives the best facial massage I’ve ever had - targeting pressure points and head chakra, you can really feel her pouring energy into her massage. I left feeling tingly, fresh and a renewed. I’ll definitely be returning in future and will be recommending to friends and family.
