Helped accomodate what I was after in little SA boxes for our guests over Christmas.Went to pick them up and had a great coffee at the cafe while I was there!Worth a visit and coffee with friends.

I made a purchase on Catch from this store and never received my order. It was shipped 92 days ago and I messaged the seller on Catch and they said that they will resend the package. When the seller said that they will resend the order, the original package was in transit for 33 days at this point. Now it has been 92 days and I never got the first package and never got a tracking number or the parcel for the second one. And they asked me to give them a review, well here you go. I am quite unhappy with this service.

Ordered a soil meter a month ago from the Prasads website. After 15 days of no news – not even a status report, I got in touch with them via email and the response received was that I will hear from them after they check with the warehouse in a few days. it has been 2 weeks ago since this reply with no follow up on my order status. Very disappointed! In addition I was not able to reach anyone on the phone as the listed number is disconnected. Tried searching for the item I ordered on their website but no sign of it at all. Is this place a scam?

Just bought an outdoor setting from Prasads Home and Garden. Was a little worried after reading the reviews.I ordered on Monday and the outdoor setting arrived 7 days later. It was a huge investment of $1000 for me but will be looking at buying a bed and some linen shortly.Thanks guys and what a great Aussie Company.

I ordered some dehydrated fruit and peanut brittle around the 29th March which had an average delivery time of 8 to 10days stated on the website. I had a 3 week lead up to needing the products as part of a gift.It is now the 5th May and I still have not seen the products arrive. The tracking number that was provided was not correct/real so I could not track my order myself and all they have told me is that the order was fulfilled and that they couldn't track it either.Now I am receiving no responses when I ask for further update on what can happen.I feel foolish for not having read other people reviews, If I had I wouldn't have placed an order at all

Placed on order online. Has been over a week and there's been no movement - order still showing as placed" even though the website says shipping in 72 hours. Have tried calling - no answer

What a beautiful store to shop in. The giftware is full of local designers, I bought myself a pot with plants and I also bought some earrings from a local designer called Pretty Pods. My wife will love these earrings and I will love the plant forever.

I ordered a 1000TC Balmain Hotel Grade Bamboo Cotton Sheets Pillowcases Set from these guys and I couldn't happier on both the quality of the product and how quickly it arrived.Would highly recommend these guys.

I wanted to share my experience with Prasads Home and Garden.I did buy some products from them about a year ago and there was some delays with my item being sent. Granted it was soon after Christmas and I did order it on a public holiday.I did call and get angry at the owner and he refunded me the cost of the item and said due to the delay it was a gift from them.Well lets talk about KARMA. I just spent over $6000 with him and will support this local business in future.
