Very bad customer service. The weekend staff looks Indian or islander or Indonesian was so rude. So racist. Should learn how to provide customer service.Very bad attitude, never take service from her.. she should not work .. damaging shop reputation. I urged owner to teach her customer service Etiquette.

They are rubbish. Very bad experience. They say on the receipt no refund but can exchange. Next moment I went to exchange for large size. No exchange either. What a joke, business or scams?

Faculty item!Refused to give a refund after purchasing a faulty item. I couldn't even exchange it for the same item because they are out of stock. Not only is this illegal and goes against the Australian consumer law Act but it is also very unreasonable and unethical. No wonder your star ratings on google are so bad.

They have a wide variety of clothes. However, the place looks messy due to too many clothes racks everywhere that not more than one person at a time can stand in the same area. It makes me not want to go into the shop as it looks unappealing. Perhaps rearranging the shop and making it more spacious inside will make it look more tidy and appealing for customers to come in. Also the Asian/Islander lady is so rude and has zero customer service. Literally screaming at customers. Seriously get rid of her.

Very sickening customer service as always from that lady. The lady ( most probably islander) was very rude to all the customers. I asked her to show more scarfs, but the way she was making face, that was really frustraing! And i can see lot of people already complained about her, still the owner isnt taking any action.

Not happy about my experience at this store. Have always shopped here but unfortunately will now not be going back. After returning to get either an exchange or refund for a top that already had a stain on it I could not - despite having a receipt, I was told due to not having the itemised receipt I could not exchange for the value of the item. The tag of the top I was returning said $45 and when the top was to be exchanged the top in store now had $30 on it. Instead of honouring the tag THAT THE STORE had put on the top themselves they said that this top has been on sale for over a week now. This was not shown on the tag of of the top I had purchased.

The clothes are nice. They have good sale racks at the front.The customer service is up and down, depends who you get at the counter. One of the ladies is rude and speaks with a condescending and loud tone of voice. Then another one is quite nice and lets you take your time.

The lady is so helpful and the clothes are lose and modest! Prices are reasonable as well! Love the service!

Extremely bad customer service. They don’t even deserve 1 star. They don’t value their customers at all. Specially the lady from Chilli background has no quality to be a customer service person. She is always rude and shows no respect to customers and speaks as like customers are her subordinates. I wonder how the owner still keeps this lady for their store after so many complaints ! I have never seen such a bad manner at any store. I shop at this store since last 10 years but now I decided not to go there anymore. The owner should take action and get rid of this lady.

Large variety of hijabi clothes. Very reasonably priced.
