This is the worst bank ever. No consideration what so ever. Dad has passed away . You said ( need dad death certificate and we will give you money .I GAVE YOU THAT , BUT U STILL KEEPING OUR MONEY. YOU R A THIEF.No wonder i left u 7 years ago, and couldn't b more happy. People Choice the best.

I was very impressed with the 2 trainee girls on the main desk today who updated our new Mastercards. I worked with Bank SA for 32 years but was impressed with Westpac service today

I would like to thank the westpac manager at palmerston branch in Darwin for her help on 14th june 2022. Miss Duffy & her staff sorted a payment problem I had with an american company in a professianal & efficient manner & made me feel proud to bank with Westpac Banking Corp even though I live in Western Australia. Lovely service, the staff have always gone out of their way to be helpful and assist with my banking requirements.

I was rang by my partner and asked to go back to the bank as he had put incorrect date on it[I was on Virginia road ] as I was the one that had dropped it off he was told I could change date and counter sign it as I was a signatury on account on arrival I gave them my license as was going to change date .I was then told I couldn't do that and I would have to take it back to coconut grove to get him to initial it. it was about 4.30 buy then .they then wouldn't give me the cheque back so I could pay on line until the had rang my partner to see if that was ok .I did suggest they ring our branch at Winnellie and they would verify that I could sign it would do that I suggest you don't want customers going to the branch as it is the most idiot system I ever have been to suggest I will pay this online in future or see real people in Palmerston NOT HAPPY JAN OUT OF 5 STARS -10

Helpful staff and easy to deal with even at peak periods.Some of the customers need to chill out though. We all have a job to do!

I needed to transfer funds to large funds into two different accounts ( to help my daughter buy a house). I arrived in Darwin Friday afternoon and went to the Gateway branch, the staff were most helpful. When my funds were deposited into my account, I returned on Monday 17th October morning, again the teller was helpful, polite and efficient, the large sums needed authorising, again the manager was polite, helpful and efficient, I noticed the other teller was also polite, upon leaving the person by the front door was also polite and cheerful. Thank you Gateway staff for making a stressful time easy, special thanks to the teller Leigh and the supervisor Marie. Please convey my compliments to all the staff at Gateway, they 'made my day'.
