I’ve been getting my nails done for many years and have visited in excess of 20 salons. This one was one of the less desirable I’ve seen. Dirty and unhygienic throughout with visibly damaged equipment.The service was fine and staff were polite. But I was shocked when one nail fell right off (acrylic with shellac is usually extremely sturdy) after a few days. No worries, I thought it might be a one-off so I returned and was a little surprised when they charged me to replace/redo it (after also making me wait 50 minutes for one finger!). I let it go as business is business and sometimes it doesn’t run smoothly, until a second one fell off the following day!! Now it’s been 2 weeks and every nail has fallen off. Safe to say I’ll find somewhere new!

Shop cleanliness was very low, lots of nail dust on the tables, could be that it was a busy Thursday night but still it was clear that shop was more concerned with getting through as many customers as possible than customer experience. I had simple normal polish spa pedi and gel mani, both lasted the appropriate time but wish the cleanliness was better as this would greatly improve the experience.

Nice salon with skilled staff. Had my first ever professional manicure done here. Would've given 4 stars, unfortunately wasn't a fan of how the polish looked.

As soon as I walked in staff barely acknowledged me, I sat down to get my toe nails done and in between coats she was on her phone and texting people, sat down to get my finger nails done and had to wait 20 minutes just to get a staff member to do them. I didn’t even get a hello when she sat down. She only did two coats of gel polish which didn’t even go to the edges of my nail and in some places there are spots that you can still see my nail in the light. It hasn’t even been three days and my nails have chipped and started peeling. I’m very disappointed as I was really looking forward to getting this done. And it was definitely not worth the $70

Worst nails I’ve ever had, asked the lady to fix a nail she had done wrong and she said it was my fault for not asking earlier. Asked for French tips and got the opposite. Will never go there again.

Absolutely horrified by how dirty this place is. I sat down to have a mani and I just felt disgusted by the filth. The table was covered in nail dust & nail clippings, the floor had clippings all over it too. When my nail tech went to use her drill she pulled out a little container from her pocket that had drill bits in that were buried in nail dust. The UV lamp was sticky and dirty and again filled with dust. I watched another therapist finish someone’s pedicure, take the used tools and literally waved them under a running tap for a second, patted them dry with a dirty towel that a previous client had just used to dry her hands and then proceeded to bring them back to use on her next client. The therapists themselves even looked unclean, they were wearing dirty, stained tunic tops some with rips in and I saw not one therapist wearing gloves whilst working. Health and safety would have a field day at this place!! Will never visit again.

The staff were really friendly and the place was lovely and clean. They were gentle and thorough with our pedicure. We were very pleased to have our toes put under a dryer so that they were dry before we left. Very happy with the service.

My first time visiting a nail salon in Cairns and I couldn't help but compare it to the UK. I was happy the staff were able to accommodate me on short notice but I felt very rushed and the options of what they can offer is very limited. Which is why I went for a simple design. They could deffo do with an upgrade. I've only had them on for less than 2 weeks and they are popping off.
