Tried to buy an iPhone outright using Telstra plus points plus pay. The bloke I was dealing with refused to let me use points to buy a phone. Said I could only use points for accessories. Absolutely refused to let me purchase a phone. Went to Telstra store at Chadstone. They were happy to do it.

Disgusting behavior to walk a customer who walked into your store towards closing time and you walked them back out and into a JB Hifi to deal with him. No wonder people go to JB over Telstra

My husband bought a IPhone 14 and was served by Susie Xu. She was super helpful with the process and even followed up with a call to see everything was going okay with the phone. Our 3yo was with him and she even went over and beyond to keep my toddler entertained with a colouring book and crayons. Amazing service recommend being served by Susie.

Unfortunately very disappointing, I've been a Telstra customer for a while and entered the store last week as I'm ready for an upgrade.Owen told me that because they were only open for another '18 minutes' that he couldn't help me with the upgrade, I've now decided to go with Optus as their customer service was so much better.

I wrote a poor review because the store did not answer their phones and when I left a message with my number they did not return my call. My in-store experience was the exact opposite. They were brilliant. Could not be more pleased.

The Chinese manager store with his strong Chinese accent very rude Very poor customer service . Don’t waste your time here . Sorted out on Line without any trouble . In here the customer is a hindrance .1

The worst service imaginable. I bought an Iphone 13 there. Since then I have called, texted and emailed twice and am yet to receive a response (I've given up). My last email of 24/11/2022 was to Christine the supposed" manager ... result ... NOTHING. Telstra Camberwell is so bad it makes Qantas look good ... for non-service

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience ever. I went in to buy a phone, the guy who served me looked half asleep and couldn’t be bothered. All he did was take my hard earned money and all he had to do was swap SIM cards from my old phone to the new one but even this proved too difficult for him. What at an absolute disgrace and when I left a message for the store manager to call me, of course there was no response. Shocking customer service; I would recommend anyone to stay well away from this place!

They don't answer the phone at all. Why? Customer service is no longer. You have to make a booking, and come in to ask a question they could answer over the phone.
