This pharmacy is amazing. They are always available to help with any question and try very hard to support their clients however they can.I have had Covid vaccinations and booster as well as flu vax here . Super convenient and easy to just pop in and keep the vaccines up to date. Able to walk in as well as make an apt- I’ve done both and was able to get the vaccines when I needed them. CD any recommend the pharmacy Beshoy highly enough. He is always kind and takes the time with clients to provide respectful and knowledgeable service. We feel lucky to have this as our local pharmacy

After shopping several times in this pharmacy, today I needed a favor to certify a few pages (for some reason, pharmacists are among the people authorised to certify copies of original documents). I made sure to go off pick hours to don't obstacle the business, in fact no one was there... and and they wanted to charge me 5 dollars for a statutory declaration and 3 dollars per page to certify documents. They should change the sign outside in law firm"... and the owner should enroll into a tafe certificate IV in business to understand how not to lose customers. I found a cheaper and more gentle pharmacist a few hundreds meters ahead."

Ash was extremely helpful with my new prescription, taking me through all the steps and putting a lot of my concerns at ease.Highly recommend store for quality customer service.

My normal chemist and haven’t had any issues until today. Call to enquire about booking in a flu shot and was told they were fully booked today, the offered to send the link of an online portal… which showed full availabilities for the day.Went in for my shot and was only told they had administered it that there was an out of pocket cost. It seemed like they just did not want to or care about the service. Very disappointed in my visit.

By far one of the friendliest pharmacies I have visited. The pharmacist and shop assistants were so helpful and chatty and made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff members for creating such a pleasant environment!

They’ve been so friendly and helpful in relation to delivery of medication as I have difficulty going into the stir due to mobility issues. The few times I’ve been able to actually go into the store they’ve been very helpful. Great job!!I’ve only got one piece of negative feedback though…the ‘on hold music’ used on the phone is dreadful!

I am a pharmacy student and I have had four weeks placement in this pharmacy. I just want to say this place is a fantastic workplace, everyone is really kind to me and also taught me a lot of community professional skills(including dispensing, introducing products, marking off products and so on). Beshoy (manager) is a really good preceptor with lots of patience. He taught me how to communicate(counsel) with patient, how to solve their problems and also keep their privacy. He showed me how he treats his patients with a really gentle and kind way. In general, I had a very fulfilling four weeks and I really enjoy to work with them! After this placement, I realized my own inadequacies and also know how to study for community pharmacy in the future. I really want to thank for their helping, teaching and tolerance. Hope I am able to work with these lovely stuff again ❤️

It saddens me to read the negative reviews of this pharmacy which in my opinion and experience are impossible to justify. I'm no one special just another customer and have been shopping at this pharmacy for some years now. I have found all staff to be well heeled in their profession. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and welcoming. They really do go out of their way to ensure satisfaction by going above and beyond requirements. Keep up the great work Beshoy, Maureen, Isabel and all the other staff. You do an excellent job and provide a great customer experience, thank you so much.
