State of the art mod cons..great personal trainers always onsite, machines and equipment top quality. The annual fees are average, they often try to expand business with movie ticket bonus prizes asca referral gift. What lacks is addressing the plus size people, targeting their needs, rather each client is catered to individually but they don't specialise in this area. They miss alot of business in this sense. But it's a good vibe when you walk in and work out, everything you need, in a physical sense, is there and it's good quality. This place could exponentially grow in client numbers, if they knew how to draw the plus size people.

Fantastic gym! Loved the ninja trail, how cool is that? Good spacious area for stretching/abs. Lots of machines, something for everyone. They offer casual entries as well - so great for visitors. Big carpark in front. Classes offered. Mixed audience (which is always great!)

Chris, Lyn and Rae are an absolute credit to this place.. and that's why you get 5 stars! Thank you so much for making our little family feel so welcomed. It was such a shame to have left when the kids creche was cancelled. We will miss fnm!
