Great service, super reliable and friendly. I took my iPhone 11 Pro Max for repair and the staff were super helpful and fast! They replaced my screen in an hour. Definitely recommend.

PTC changed the battery in my Iphone 8. half and hour, $69.BUT: They got my email address, saying they needed it to send a digital receipt (as if). I explicitly said I wanted to receive no other email from them. Since then, I have received an endless stream of spam, and no way to reply or turn it off. If you deal with this mob, I recommend VERY STYRONGLY resisting giving them email details.

COMPLETE SCAMMERS!Quoted me $200 for a repair and then tried to charge me over $360 after taking 4 weeks.DO NOT TRUST YOUR DEVICE TO THESE PEOPLE!I should have known better then to trust them again after a replaced screen fell off my iPad and they refused to repair it.But thought who knows maybe a one off...$160 increase in cost no phone call, had been in store several times to check pricing and how long it would be.This is outrageous and pretty sure illegal.

I wish 0 starts was available absolutely disgusting customer service, was charged $600 to replace a screen and then was told after that my phone was bent and then got told they would investigate in getting a refund and was never contacted back.

Fixed my phone after a fight with water. Provided no guarantees of working, however it's still working and I got everything back after fixing it. All in under an hour. Very impressed!!

Was initially please to get my phone fixed. When i went to pick up the phone the price went up by $38 and they kept telling me I got it wrong, all the prices and conditions changed to the point of being held to ransom to get my phone back. They kept the pieces replaced as they get money for recycling them, so i lost my screen protector that they broke and yes wanted to charge me a further $45 to replace it. Stay away from this shop.
