Absolutely unprofessional staff and customer service. Told by store manager Michael to come into store and Jump up and Down if I like as he will/cant do anything . Soooo unprofessional language and behaviour.Ordered furniture in June with 14-16 weeks delivery time frame due at latest by 16 Oct 2022. Now when I called, was advise that it will be another 4 weeks but not confirmed. Person on phone so unhelpful - keep on repeating scripted response without showing any willingness to help the situation. Asked for refund if they cant deliver on time: Answer from staff - pay 30% cost then only can cancel. Please don't buy from these unprofessional people. No recommended.

Don't fall into their sales trap. They mention the delivery timeframe of 12-14 weeks but the delivery never happens in that timeframe. Delivery date continuously changes. I ordered 3 seater sofa in June and my delivery was supposed to happen in September but then it got postponed to november and now its showing as December. I did a mistake of not reading the reviews on productReview website. Please go through the reviews on that website before going ahead with plush. Even the 5 star reviews on google are fake. One of the review was from the sales executive of Plush Taylor LakesEdit: I did contact plush team on the email id which is mentioned in below reply. They have replied back saying that the item is estimated to reach warehouse on 6th December and then delivery will be booked and also mentioned that the date may change again. Assuming that it gets delivered in December (I highly doubt that) its 6 months from the date of booking and double the delivery estimate which you have provided during the sale. Worst customer service. Its like you can only expect scripted response and nothing elseI was not willing to wait that long so I went ahead and purchased a sofa from Koala which got delivered in just a day.

We came in to take a second look at a sofa we were interested in. Very happy with the service from Joanne who was very helpful and honest. We didn’t feel at all pressured to make the purchase. Really loved the ambience of the store too. Great experience to end a long search for the perfect sofa. Hopefully when it arrives it will be just that!

Nice friendly and knowledgable sales people, on the very expensive side . Adriatic few doors down has same quality top grain leather sofas for $1600 hundred dollars lower price. A true sale...

We have been waiting 5 months for our couch, was initially told 3 months, it is currently sitting in their warehouse as they only deliver out our way monthly and they won’t let us pick it up. Very underwhelming service considering the price tag

Absolutely devastated that I was advised by the sales lady not to worry as the couch would be a solid Charcoal color when we see it made. I just opened the packing only to find that the sofa is black and white with a strong white fleck which makes the lounge quite light in color. Called Taylors Lakes store for help to which they said sorry you have past the 72 change of heart time frame (which I never knew anything about) we cannot help you. What a waste of $5,000. Never again as I need to go to a store whereby the sales people actually know what the lounges look like finished. I had purchased everything for my lounge room to support a charcoal sofa. Biggest waste of money and would not recommend Plush Sofas at all.

Absolutely shocking service. Delivery was last by 2 months. An $8,396 lounge arrives damaged and now have the damaged lounge sitting in my house that I can’t use for a month till these useless lot come out and have a look at it. Be warned all they care about is making the sale and don’t care much else about it after. Worst customer service ever.

I purchased the oasis sofa earlier this year and since receiving my sofas I have only had headaches. First a thread had come out of the edge seam and I made a warranty claim for it to be repaired. It took weeks for someone to come and the repair was still noticeable. The repairer wrote in his report that I was happy even though I wasn't. By this time my sofa had also started going fuzzy on the material where I sit. I had to make another warranty claim and it took almost 2 months to get the technician back and he stated it was just wear which I find ridiculous since the sofa is new so it shouldn't be showing wear already. I have continued to complain to Plush about this and there only response is for me to have another person come to inspect it again. Yet again I have to wait for this and never get calls back when I am supposed to. They have said it has been escalated but still no progress except me waiting for another person to come look. I also have feathers coming out of all of the cushions. They apparently have said they will get the inserts replaced but at what point will Plush realise my sofa is not of the quality it should be since I have 3 separate issues with my new sofas that were very costly. I would not recommend Plush especially their warranty services!

Great selection, great customisation and very committed to customer service. They really try to ensure you’ve had a look at everything you need to in order to make a good decision. Very good knowledge of materials, product-life, risks and considerations. Probably could do more to make me feel like a valued customer and that I’m making the right decision when dropping $7000 on what is essentially a couch.But overall definitely worth it and would highly recommend Plush at Taylors Lakes.
