Disappointed. I purchased my car from FTG Nissan and have spent many years since then using them for my services and repaisr and I am sad to say that this recent visit left me disappointed and feeling ripped off. Can’t fault the customer service team as they are polite and friendly but I am deeply disappointed with their over charging, I have since gone elsewhere and been quoted half the price for a job, it may involve using generic parts but Nissan flatly refused to use anything else than their very overpriced parts, not economical for these current times, needless to say I will be using the local mechanic from now on.

My best friend and I went here today. She purchased a Car from Glen. He was so Professional, didn't put her Under Any Pressure to buy the car. Glen Answered all the questions we asked HONESTLY. He gave my friend a Very Good Trade In and we were able to drive her New Car home the same day. All the Guys at Ferntree Gully Nissan are friendly but I WOULD DEFINITELY GO AND SEE AND ASK FOR GLEN and LOOK NOWHERE ELSE than Ferntree Gully Nissan for your Next Car.

The reason for this long review is - we had an unpleasant experience at another Nissan dealership. At Ferntree Gully Nissan, they go above and beyond for customer service, there is a reason for them being a number 1 dealership. We recently purchased a car from them. As there was a fair amount of waiting, there was timely communication to keep us informed about the status of the car. The information provided to us at the first visit was precise & correct, no fake promises were made to get a sale from us. The transparency was maintained all along which is highly appreciated. We got the car delivered a few months early as well. I would like to thank the entire team Patrina, Gina, Caillan, Ray & Greg. Michael who is the dealer principal participated to ensure we had a smooth ride. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Nissan Ferntree Gully Vic us located at 1000 Burwood Highway Ferntree Fully.1st of all it's not a showroom it's as big as a car city with 100s of different model cars to look at from various colours and models.we went all the way from Lalor just because we heard a good feedback about one of the guys named as Mohit Arora known as Mark.as we went to buy 2019 Nissan X Trail we were given a warn welcome by Mark and served with coffee.he gave us all the information abt 5 seater and 7 seater models. both the cars looked really nice inside and outside which made us to buy it.as it's on Finance Mark also provided us best information on how to get the best price on finance. he made us understand the difference between different number of years and also compared with old models which helped us made our decision to buy 2019.in this franchise there are so many boards about number one dealer well after dealing for our X trail we have no doubt about it. they are the best in the market and they know how to give best to the customers.our long drive worth it.in the end just buy nice coffee cups it was really hard to hold it..
