Kind caring and compassionate admin staff .... thank you for water and patience. Great doctor too so responsive and understanding.... just moved to this area but better than Ihave experienced in a very long time apart from lovely doctor and staff at denman Hunter med practice who referred me to here. Have has several interactions with Scone Medical Centre. All positive. A great team of medical staff and the office staff cheery and efficient. Because I live relatively remotely they bend over backwards to accommodate my every whim...cant speak highly enough of the organisation.

Booked on triage nurse list, sat for 1hr enquired how much longer to only find I wasn't on the list. Nurses were lovely.

The doctor was great did procedure there on the day 20/1/23 I had a episode after it and I can not fault the staff in any way at all . They were great helped me so much even walked me to my car so congrats to all staff there ypu are all lovely

Dr was amazing and listened, he was chirpy and happy. Pathologist was also friendly as were the nurses- very attentive. Will be making this practice our first choice for our family.

My visit today with the nurse was excellent. She was wonderful and caring. As usual Dr Tout is the best. So caring and a wonderful doctor. She will be sadly missed by me, your staff and her other patients
