We weren't told which block our unit was in and the directions were for the block and not the unit no. Meant driving around the complex trying to find the unit in the rain

Worst customer service received ever... so rude lady staff ... learn how to talk politely with people ...I was embarrassed in this place .... would never ever go there again... almost ended up empty handed as she said that original person who ordered parcel should be dere when i already told her that it was my wife's parcel and had a photo I'd of her as well .....worst customer service ever....the old lady looks super sad and unwelcoming...

I only went in to drop off a parcel point return with no label and they were friendly and efficient when booking it in. In and out well under 5 mins. Nice to see 2 staff members on site especially within 30 minutes of closing time. I managed a self storage facility myself many years ago and let me tell tell you there was no chance we would of had 2 staff members on so close to closing which often resulted in poor service / long wait times for the customers attending late in the afternoon.

Great local staff and we were happy with our unit. Expensive but not outrageous. What made us unhappy was that we were told we’d get a pro rata refund (2weeks) but apparently this policy changed during our rental tenure. Enquired about this but Steven from Customer Services advised we would not get a refund despite advising of vacation less that 24 hours after vacating the unit…so paying a full month rent for a unit I’m not using and they’re probably re-renting. Didn’t expect a full refund, just what we were told we’d get. Feeling ripped off. Merry Xmas Steven!

They Are absolutely disgraceful how they handle personal situations they auction your locker then won't help you when it gets illegally dumped and your been chased for it the management are incompetent and so are all the staff never use them go elsewhere.

Small storage place and all units are easy access plus they have toilets on site manages are very friendly and helpful
