Completely edifying experience. We had a range of issues at our place that required sorting, big and small. Ben organised a time, even making contact again before the service call to advise us of the eta. Nick was our plumber for the day, and he arrived on time; provided us with outstanding service and good advice. The costs were clear, advised in advance and very fair. Any variances and options were discussed. Excellent professionals who care about a good result for their clients. Highly recommended.

We were very relieved that Mr Drains was able to provide prompt, professional plumbing services when our gas Hot Water System had a leaky valve and then a short time later, after a storm, ceased to work!The tradesmen was punctual, pleasant to deal with and very knowledgeable about the appliance and its repair needs.The repairs were done at a reasonable price. We were also impressed with a follow up call not long after to check if all was OK!Thank you Mr Drains!We have no hesitation in recommending Mr Drains to anyone needing plumbing work!

We have had some very complex drainage issues and Mr Drains has been exceptional. Jamie has been responsive, informative and goes well above and beyond what you would expect. He has kept a very difficult project on the rails and done a very professional job. The work they did for us was delivered on-time and at very competitive prices. They also did an exemplary job at tidying up and cleaning the area. I cannot recommend Mr Drains, and especially Jamie, highly enough

We recently had Mr Drains attend our home for a blocked drain and various other little jobs, they were so polite and professional! They took the time to explain the issue and works needed to be done, did the work efficiently and left no mess! Would highly recommend! Also the office staff were very friendly from our first call through to even a follow up call after job was completed.

The team that did the massive pipe reline, toilet installation, repair of pipes Jack, Nick, Tom spent nearly 9 hours they were outstanding. Then today Raf came and repaired previois plumbers repairs also excellent. All are an asset to your company. A huge thank you from 9 Jugiong St. WRST Pymble.

Mr Drains offered the best value and most detailed service for a very big, difficult job to be completed at my home. Their service was end to end. Project Manager Jamie explained all the work in detail in advance and was always responsive to my questions. Each tradesman was on time and polite. The job was completed quickly and efficiently in sometimes difficult weather conditions. I would use them again amd highly recommend Jamie and his team.
