Hair Station Waverley Gardens

Worst experience and ridiculously priced had a wash and blow dry and they charged me $89 what a joke. The lady was quite rude too won’t be going there again .If you want to get ripped off this is your salon

On Monday afternoon I attended Hair station in Waverlery Gardens and seen CHhean for a hair cut. My interaction with her was a very positive one, you can tell she has a lot of experience and knowledge in her job, I love her honesty and all her help and advice. I will definitely be coming back to see her again.

Wanted to get a haircut but there was a sign that said they weren’t taking any more clients for the day because they were busy.There were only two ladies batting a colour done and you’re telling me that the store was going to busy from not even 1pm until 7pm?Hair station does not take appointments, only walk ins, so how can a store be busy doing colours on two ladies for over six hours?Very disappointed, what kind of a store puts out a sign that says they’re not going to serve anyone for the rest of the day? Would love to hear an explanation about this.

I went to get a haircut today and one lady initially said the price would be $55. While cutting my hair the other lady marked it up to $60 because my hair was too thick, and was very rude and said she would charge even more for tangles. She spoke in a very patronising manner and acted as if she didn't want to cut my hair at all. This customer service is awful and I will never go here again!!!

Alta went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and confident in my decisions surrounding what I want to do with my hair. I left with a hair cut that I loved! She was extremely caring and knowledgeable and I couldn’t be any happier. Definitely would recommend this salon and her services

Update - 7/11/22, took my primary ages daughter for a trim. Just a trim off the ends…. $85 they wanted to charge! Unreal lol. I won’t go back there now. Changed my 5 stars to 1.Louise did my hair today & she did an absolutely amazing job! She completely transformed my hair & it looks incredible. Thank you so much lovely! Will be back for sure.

This place is absolutely disgraceful and just hungry for money. Been coming here for the last 4 years for my sons haircut and been charged $20 which was very reasonable.Went in for a hair cut again like we do every 4-6 weeks and being told they will now charge $30 if I want a little boys haircut with scissors.

Just wish to shout out to the two hair stylists who helped me today! Thank you so much! They've rescued my wrongly bleached hair. Not only that they made a colour correction for me but also gave me a colour that I always wanted. Through the process, I can see how they discussed with each other and trying their best to help me out. In the process of hair dyeing and bleaching, they also checked my hair constantly to make sure every inch of my hair is covered. I admire and appreciate the dedication and professionalism that they put to their work. Will definitely come back next time for my next cut and colouring!

This was my second visit and I went to get a maintenance cut for my undercut and at first got a really good consultation about what I wanted to get done and some good advice on how to fix my hairline I wasn't happy with, including leaving some of it to grow out and cut lower since it has creeped higher over time. When I actually got the cut it looked fine at first but then when I got home I ran my hand through my hair and a large bit of longer hair came out and I realised that she had actually cut even further up my head which I was explicitly trying to avoid. Now I have to spend even more time growing it out again which will take months. My first visit was nice and I really liked the cut I got but unfortunately I don't think I will be returning to Hair Station after this.
