He also insisted that he would not take a fee until he was able to fix the machine, which made me feel assured that I wouldn’t have to pay fees without a desired outcome. He was very thorough with his work, and he also explained to me what had gone wrong with the machine. My washing machine is now running like I’ve never seen before!
