Really good quality parts and competitive pricing based on condition of part not just a flat rate, especially if dealing with back of house staff. Unfortunately for the business the lady who work at the front desk is rude, condescending, impatient and makes you feel like more of an issue than you are worth. On my first visit I thought she might have just had a bad day so have her the benefit of the doubt. However after giving them another go on several occasions her behaviour has not changed and if anything has gotten more demeaning. I now only go here for parts I cannot source anywhere else. However besides the receptionist everyone else has been super helpful to deal with both over the phone and in person.

Recently bought bought parts for my 75 cruiser. I had them the next day on the other side of the state. They supplied what I was after in good second hand condition for a fair price.

Other places were a tad condescending when I enquired on a part. Smart parts were awesome and a pleasure to deal with. Got my external hilux mirror at a price that surprised me and it arrived the next day

Called 3 days in a row to organise parts. Went in to pick them up and was told they weren’t ready yet and they couldn’t do it until next week. Went in the next week after calling again and confirming they’d be ready for me only to be told they didn’t even have the main part I needed. Nice enough people but no idea how to manage their system. I’d recommend going towards Melbourne for 4x4 parts, it’ll save you a lot of time and hassle

Brilliant service got the parts I needed lady behind the counter was great to deal with and very nice thank you for you help I’ll be back when I need more parts.

Was told they had the part i needed, come back in half an hour and the boys will have it off for you.Phone call half an hour latter saying sorry we don't have that part.Should have told me that when you looked for it on the computer and said you had one.

Bought a few parts from here recently and our experience was not great. The staff in the warehouse seemed very accommodating but the the front counter staff weren't very nice to deal with at all. They made us feel like we were inconveniencing them and made us feel like fools for not knowing things that may have been obvious to them. This business is good for parts but don't expect to feel welcome or that they appreciate your business.

I have been everywhere to source a Nissan Navara part that no one could help me with (except Nissan who qouted me a jaw dropping amount). I rang Smart Parts, they organised the part and arranged shipping same day at a fraction of the cost Nissan wanted to charge. Highly recommend, Thank you

I have a 100 series Land Cruiser and needed some 3rd row rear seat latches and other parts that were missing. I was once an auto dismantler myself and found at the shop, my 1st point of contact a pleasant experience as I was dealing with an experienced Lady that is extremely knowledgeable in all things automotive. Parts were ordered and my mobile number was texted, as expected, once all the parts were removed from a car/cars and ready for me to collect.I have been back since for a dual battery set up, including battery and great experience again! Very happy customer. A 200 series is in the works so I'll be back". Thanks guys."
