Old food from previous room tenants still in my fridge when I moved in! Disgusting.Also disappointed you cannot book a pet friendly room online, I found booking a pet friendly room annoying and difficult.The individual staff members have been great but this place needs to get its sh*t together.

the main highlight of the place is Angus & Co.the rooms itself seemed to be divided between old room and new. I got the old one and on second floor (via stairs) the room is quite dusty and tired, and reminds me of motel style like rooms in the USA. I am not sure this is the branding that Ibis Styles would like to carry. more like an Ibis Budget.Location is good. parking is easy.

Not a bad place. Has family room which is good. Bit noisy on the main road, but I knew that in advance. The rooms were clean.

In the homepage they said that there was a restaurant and wi-fi but this was not correct. First day we stayed there the cleaning of the room was emptying the trash, nothing else.

Nice place very helpful at reception. The lady was very welcoming and nothing was a problem. House keeping was very busy and were doing a great job under the circumstances one small criticism for them was the table in our room needed a dusting. The service at breakfast was a little slack and after ordering eggs Benedict we were informed that there was no spinach which was not a problem but when it arrived it was supposed to be on sour dough not muffins and the belshema sauce should have been drizzled across the eggs not in a ramekin but never the less it was nice and well cooked.

Beds were comfy and shower had nice temperature and pressure however, this is where the pros end. Taking into account this Is a budget hotel it was quite comfortable for the two nights I stayed, some issues are consistent accross all hotels at this price so understandable.The main issues however, were the internet not working within the room which is again tolerable but frustrating.The first night of our stay we decided to dine in at the restaurant on site. Out comes these lovely looking beef sirloin and reef and beef steaks, and that's about all they were good for... the sirloin had me feeling sick half way through and the reef and beef was barely edible coming out as rare and blue when medium rare was asked for. At $44 PER one of these meals it really left a shitful taste on our stay and was the worst meal any of us had eaten on our Western Australia Journey.

We booked a twin room, but it was a bit noisy for my sensitivities. After checking the last twin room, I spoke to the receptionist who put me in touch with the manager who arranged a nice quiet room for our two nights. Thanks to the receptionist and manager we had great sleep for our busy sight seeing days.Their professionalism an attitude towards customer satisfaction is difficult to find these days, but much appreciated tourism specialist.

Good place if you’re just passing through. Average, three-star kind of place. Note: there are no lifts, and half the rooms are up sets of “see through stairs”. Problematic if you have luggage - and if you are fearful of heights/open stairs. Pre-book downstairs if you’d prefer that.

The room was quite dirty, dust everywhere , the floor hadn’t been cleaned under the beds and there were dead insects behind the drawers. The beds were comfy, and the receptionist in the morning was very nice. When we first got to the hotel we mentioned that our booking had 4 people but they only accommodated us for 2 people which meant we needed an extra bed and extra towels. The hotel accommodated this but didn’t seem to happy to do so initially. The motel is very noisy, would recommend getting ear plugs. The breakfast in the morning was great, great selection and tasted really good.

Very happy with our freshly renovated room. Shower with rain shower head was excellent! We enjoyed a beautiful meal in the Angus & Co restaurant. My husband had the Fish and Chips and the fish was beautiful. I added grilled prawns to the Green Goddess Salad, compliments to the chef! They literally melted in your mouth. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. No hesitation in staying here again.
