He takes care of all of the little details, allowing you to enjoy the day, and steps back during the ceremony, allowing you to share the moment as husband and wife. Having attended a lot of weddings, I can say without a doubt that Pete is one of the best celebrants in the business and is one of the most genuine people I've ever met.

I am pleased to write this review for Peter Willington. We had the absolute pleasure of working with Peter to plan and deliver our perfect day. Peter made sure that our day was comfortable and memorable. Peter delivered a personalised ceremony and was very supportive throughout the entire process. Peter went above and beyond our expectations compared to what a typical celebrant may offer, such as reviewing our vows, meeting with the bridal party/family, checking in with the brides/groomsmen on the day, offering lifts and fixing our styling due to wind. Peter is an absolute gentleman and I have no hesitations in offering his services. Thank you once again Pete.

Choosing the right celebrant was so important for us as we realised that it sets to tone for the rest of the day, and as soon we met Pete we knew we'd found the one!We were fortunate enough to be married by Pete back in August 2018, and we couldn't have asked for anything more from a celebrant! In the lead up to the wedding he took the time to get to know us as a couple, always made time to talk & plan, and crafted a ceremony that reflected everything thats important us. On the day he was amazing - the ceremony was better than we could have ever imagined thanks to Pete's genuine nature, professionalism, and attention to detail. Peter surpassed all our expectations! We planned our wedding in Kingscliff while living in Canada so up until two days before we got married we had only ever met Peter over FaceTime. We were quite stressed trying to get everything done before the big day but as soon as we sat down with Peter to go over our plan we felt completely at ease. His casual and fun approach was exactly what we needed. Peter also created a ceremony like none other we had ever witnessed. He was not afraid to change things up and we really loved that as it was important for our guests to have a unique and engaging experience. He worked together with all our vendors to make it a seamless process. During our ceremony it really felt like he knew us and understood us as a couple. We got many compliments from our guests about how fun and engaging the ceremony was and many thought he was a friend of ours as it seemed like he knew us so well! Peter, Ricky and I can't thank you enough for all you did for us in the lead up to and on our wedding day. You are an absolute legend and we can't wait to catch up again when we are next back in Oz. I had the pleasure of working alongside Peter Willington for Shannon and Joshua's Wedding in 2018. Peter was delightful not only as a celebrant and MC but in general also! His ceremonies are tailored, personal, and have zero 'awkwardness' haha. I can highly recommend his professional services.

We have an enormous thanks to give to Peter. He hit the brief and exceeded our expectations! We didn’t want people to be bored but most of all, we wanted to feel relaxed… well that was well and truly achieved... I think we made a few of the gents at the wedding cry (which took them by surprise the most- or maybe more so by their wives! One wife commented that her husband is in trouble, as he didn’t cry at their wedding but he cried at ours!).so well done… you made it personal and something to treasure, for that we are so thankful.

Pete made our day absolutely perfect! He went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly and designed a ceremony that was everything we could’ve hoped for. Very highly recommend.

Our picture says it all: we could not be happier with our decision to have Pete as our celebrant! After some devastating news, we needed to move our original wedding date forward 6 months and Pete could not have been more accommodating, from ensuring the paperwork was filled out and still finding the time to meet with us multiple times to ensure every detail of our ceremony was perfect for us, to making everyone comfortable on the day (and being very entertaining too!). We had so many people comment after our ceremony that he was the best celebrant they'd seen; he really gets to know the couples he's marrying, both through conversation and surveys, to compile a meaningful and heartfelt ceremony. We never felt like it was a job to Pete; he really truly cares that the ceremony is exactly what you want, and gives heaps of options and tips and suggestions to ensure your ceremony is beautiful - he knows exactly what works and has ideas for things you haven't even thought about! Something small but so meaningful is that Pete stands to the side of the altar during the ceremony, so our wedding photos from the altar are just us. Friends of ours loved his work so much, they asked Pete to marry them as well and I have honestly never seen a funnier but somehow still completely filled with emotion ceremony as I did that day. Getting to see Pete in action when it wasn't our big day was amazing. I've been to a lot of weddings, and I haven't ever seen a celebrant as good as Pete. Highly, highly recommend!

When we first got engaged, we knew we wanted a celebrant who was FUN. We met Pete at a wedding expo and as they say, the rest is history. Pete went out of his way to spend time with us and find out who we truly are. Our ceremony was warm, heartfelt and filled with so much love and inside jokes. It truly felt like our best mate was marrying us! As a photographer myself I know a lot of couples want to rush their ceremony, and keep it short and sweet. Pete made our ceremony so very memorable, funny and sweet, and it couldn't have been more US. Best day of our lives! X
