Sadly I didn’t get the names of the two physicians that helped me, but they were amazing and the service I recorded was exemplary. Suffice to say chopping the tip off my finger on Boxing Day cutting spring onions in the kitchen wasn’t on the plans. 6pm Boxing day and from the time I arrived to leaving the hospital all taken care of it was only 90 minutes - incredible service one could not ask four more. An amazing Emergency department.

Very insensitive staff at front desk. Cracking jokes abouta stillbirth is unprofessional and absolutely disgusting. Waiting time is long and some of the staff are very incompetent. All down to the individual of course but I've had multiple horrible experiences there.

Was seen Tuesday night by Dr Dipen and was very impressed by his decorum and professionalism. His analysis was comprehensive and friendly and I left feeling reassured and in better stead. Thank you Dr Dipen and the Sandringham team.

Whatever you do, don’t come here for an emergency. You will wait for over 2 hours for a nurse to check your injury or dress your wounds to stop the bleeding.

Had a relatively good experience. My doctor was Jess who was excellent and the nurses were all very kind.Triage, however, was quite judgemental and rude. As i was explaining my situation she asked why would you do that?"
