STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, they are cheap but they don't know what they are doing. I came there with a problem and they did replace a part that was fully functional. Every six months the car had a new problem and the other six months it was sitting in their garage ( literally speaking) waiting to be fixed, waiting parts or them to understand the problem, but not because they are busy. they are never busy by the way. In 2018 , I drove my car for one month and a half maybe two, all the rest of the year they had the car in the shop. It's embarrassing.Anyway, this was for sure one of the most bad experience with a mechanic.Lucky I found another mechanic, and since than, my car has never had any issues other than regular service.

I had Eastern Star Motors do the balance shaft on my CLK350 which is a major job.They were genuine and honest and always communicated with me and were very reasonably priced and importantly finished the work when they said they would. They did a fantastic job as well as diagnosing further issues (coils, mounts) which I had done as well. The car drives like brand new and I cannot fault the work. I highly recommend ESM to anyone who needs to have this work done on their Merc, and to speak to Naya.
