Needed a screen protector for my S21Ultra. Had some issues with reading the fingerprint from the first one supplied. Was advised to wait until some new ones came in. Was sent a msg when they arrived, Replaced and working and was also refunded the difference of the two protectors. Awesome service!

Somewhat positive I got scammed during my visit. Willing to change rating if all gets sorted. My father usually comes here for screen repairs on his phone whenever he drops it. On the 12th of February, the screen cracked and lost all picture so he asked if I could take it in the next day while he was at work. It was local, in Central West, so I told him I'd take care of it. So on the 13th of February, from 12:20 - 1:00 pm I took his phone in and got the screen replaced. Person at the front charged me 150 for it, and having never been to this place, I thought that was the usual price. Not only was I charged 150, but the repair was incomplete. And I was likely overcharged for an incomplete job. After calling my father to let him know I'd gotten his phone fixed, but I'd have to return it on Wednesday or Thursday to finish the repairs, I was sort of dumbfounded when he told me he usually gets charged 90 dollars for the screen repair, and I was charged almost double that. Ashamed of myself for not asking enough questions, as I'm usually thorough and let the familiarity of the place ease any alertness I otherwise would've had. But also disappointed that the establishment overcharged me and didn't even fully repair the phone.
