Epic was engaged as a support coordinator for my daughter. Paperwork was lost when submitted to the NDIS. 3 months of asking for it to be chased up, only to be told it's been sent" we followed it up after over 3 months had passed to be told by NDIS paperwork not recieved. Stay away from this service provider. A clear lack of procedures involved in paperwork follow ups and insufficiently trained staff. Make EPIC your last choice."
