Very impressed with the service and enthusiasm of the family that runs this store. My uncle, who’s considering getting his first foldable e-bike, appreciated the test ride and lots of advice for his questions. Nice range of bikes, including some varieties that we don’t see in Canberra. Those cruiser bikes would be perfect for exploring the bike paths beside the beaches.

Fantastic customer service! I enjoyed talking to Michelle. She is lovely and detailed in explaining the differences in ebikes. It was convenient as well with free parking avail next door. I would highly recommend their shop for people looking for ebikes

Energy Electric Bikes have a fantastic range of bikes in their store and Michelle & West are knowledgeable and friendly. They provided a range of bikes to test ride and talked through all the various pros and cons to arrive at the perfect bike for me (Smartmotion XCity).We have just returned to purchase a second bike for the family, a Rover this time, and the service was just as fantastic.We also wanted to purchase from the store, rather than online, as the bike comes built and tested and we know we'll get great after purchase support rather than trying to deal with someone on the phone in a remote location.Highly recommend!

Michelle and West are great people to deal with, friendly, genuine. We discussed ebike options, and tested a few different types. Michelle and West are easy to deal with and have a sound knowledge of different type ebikes. I bought an Earth T-Rex 650B Treking ebike, what I would call a commuter/recreational ebike, and enjoy riding my bike.
