The reception staff were so helpful, i was not a patient at this surgery and was travelling. I just walked in with a request and they fitted me in with not a long wait time. Dr was efficient and the nurse was fantastic.

Warning! Do not go to Dr Rony Kurian! He is the most arrogant Dr I have ever met. Someone like him shouldn't even become a doctor at all. He doesn't seem to know that in Australia people great other people with a 'hello' and say 'good bye' when they leave. He doesn't care about the patient's health at all!Because he refused to give me the form for the blood tests I need I had a discussion with him for 10 min. After that he gave my the form. Went to the lab, the lady took the samples and after that she was very surprised because Dr Rony ticked 'privat' on the form. She said usually this goes through medicare and she doesn't understand why he decided so. She was lovely and tried to convince him to change the form but he confused.Because I am not paying $120 for tests which usually are covered by medicare I cancelled the test.

Reception staff are friendly and drs are lovely however - today is the 2nd time there was a change to my appointments i was not notified about in the last 4 months. Just call me to let me know whats going on. Please dont change my Doctor and appointment time yet not let me know. Not even a text message. Then you tell me someone has called (double checking my phone number) yet no one called. So i ask my hubby to dial me wondering if theres something wrong with my phone and it rings. Im 31 weeks pregnant and i feel like im being pushed around this pregnancy with changes im not notified of. Not to mention i just want someone to say SORRY that this happened instead of arguing with me. I have to stay with you guys as no other Dr will take me while im 31 weeks pregnant but after baby is born it might be time to go elsewhere. Your all friendly but this is driving me crazy during pregnancy

Rubbish! Time and time again Lockyer Doctors has failed to see me at the time allocated for my booking. On average they are 1/2 an hour late to attend to their bookings, what's the point in turning up on time? I'm done with this doctors practice.

Thank you to the reception staff, nurse and doctor that treated my daughter yesterday. My daughter had a cut that required stitches, we entered the surgery and the reception had us straight down to the nurse. Within 30 minutes they had the cut cleaned, stitched and out the door. Their treatment of my daughter was fantastic, keeping her calm and making the whole experience less daunting. They never tried to rush us out the door and made sure my daughter was settled before we left. Thanks again, well impressed.

Just moved locally and was looking to change GP’s to this practice as my new local for the family only to be told by the GP “Sorry, I won’t and no one here will help you, go see your old GP”Apparently according to this practice and doctors, patients do not have the right to change healthcare providers and should stick with the one GP for life regardless if you have moved over an hour away and are without medications.Better off booking yourself a Telehealth appointment with a health professional that will listen!

Wonderful staff and Dr.From emergency situations to scripts, ive never had any drama with them over many years.Thanks guys !

4 practices fully booked for 2 days? Can't get an appointment to pick up a script i have been taking for over a decade? Critical medication. They should either stop taking on new patients or expand. Unhelpful lady. Go elsewhere.
