Angela, the pharmacist here, is one of the nicest, caring people ever! She goes out of her way to help you find what you need, takes the time to always answer questions and never rushes or makes you feel uncomfortable.

Very friendly and helpful staff and efficient service. The only downside is their limited opening hours especially not being open at all on weekends. If they were open at least on Saturday I would give 5 stars.

The staff was super helpful. My ancient mother was in getting medication for her partner. The girl Went cross the road to get a health care card from the car and helped my mum cross the street as the traffic was very heavy. Great work and greatly appreciated.

The pharmacist noticed I was driving a long way to pickup medication and was kind enough to mention they stocked the medication. Great I thought! 2 weeks later I try to refill only to be told that my dose is my daily limit. They think they gave me 300 days worth of medication, said they would contact the prescribing doctor to have it cleared up and nothing. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend.

Honestly the girls here have always been amazing, been coming to this chemist since 2017 & they’ve always been extremely friendly, helpful and caring!I’m quite forgetful & often times run out of medication and they’ve called just as a checkin/reminder which is always extremely helpful!Appreciate the team here :))

Love this pharmacy and only go here now. Angela is amazing, always remembers me and my family and is incredibly helpful and patient when I've got a million questions about medications. She goes out of her way to figure out ways to make things more convenient for me too.When there was a national shortage of a medication my sister takes, she went above and beyond to attempt to locate it. Ultimately there was literally none to be found anywhere in SEQ but her efforts were greatly appreciated by my sister. Everyone else who works here is equally helpful as well.
