It's uncommon for people to post GOOD reviews so by default it is usually NEGATIVE reviews that people bother to post. With this in mind I gave this business a chance and not only have they been polite and helpful, they have GONE OVER AND BEYOND to help me with a particular piece I needed. They get a big thumbs up for being OUTSTANDING! Thank you to all the staff!

Great service, wowed by the range of lamps and variety of non-scented & scented lamp oil available. Oil worked great & look forward to using different scents next time. Found negative reviews to be completely unfounded as I only have positives in dealing with this company & their staff.

I'm speechless. The amount of knowledge and range of oil lamp parts was amazing! They are all too happy to work out what you need and do their best to make what you want happen.I am taking all my antique lamps to them for touching up and repairs. I can't speak highly enough about them!

Beware do not deal with these people ! The lamp oil i brought smoked and was not what was advertised for . Trying to get the refund was impossible . Sandgeet has more moves than a chessboard.The grief I got over 20 lt of oil was not worth wasn't the trouble. TW SANDS in Huntingdale cleaned the lamps and supplied me with the proper oil and have never had a problem since. BEWARE !!!

This guy is an incompetent fool. He delivered wrong items I didn’t want and then demanded cash for them!I do not want rubbish in my shop so I sent him away.Very disappointed after all the promises I got. He seems to be on extremely bad terms with honesty!

Went to the shop last week and purchased the parts I needed to fix my lamps and was very happy to find that they had everything I needed.Prices were great and they even chucked in a bottle of lamp oil for me to try which works great.I will be going there for more bits soon.
