Needed some help with a slightly odd problem. The service was outstanding! They were incredibly helpful and solved my problem in a very short time and discussed a secondary problem I might face without charging me. Can't recommend them enough. Good service is going out of fashion, but these guys have it nailed.

The locks and keys work fine, price was fair and timeliness was average. The customer service overall and advice given in a follow up call to the store was unhelpful, condescending and rude. I wouldn’t recommend.

The old guy in the shop is incredibly rude. Poor value for money leaving me feel totally ripped off. Unfortunately, I needed assistance with a key urgently, otherwise I would have just left.

I called up yesterday morning to see if I could get help with a triple latch front door security screen on which the middle lock cylinder had broken but I was unable to remove the lock section myself as the latch on the cylinder was in a lock position.After 3 hours of trying to resolve it myself I gave up and resigned myself to the likely result of having to either have to spend upwards of around $500 to fix or thousand/s to replace the whole gate.I called Cleveland Locksmith on the basis of a friend who has used them.I am a verry happy customer.From the initial call with Ian in the office who then called me back after I had sent through pictures late afternoon (when I wasnt expecting a call at that hour of the day) to Brian and a colleague arriving 11 am today (when I was expecting a call at some point to advise what day this week they may have been able to come out) to the existing security door having a brand new working lock with extra keys provided within 5 minutes of their arrival - at the price I was charged (being a half of what I expected for the best outcome) - I have to give this no less than 5 starts !!!!Thanks teamDavid
