Sunday lunch was the mission and on a warm day, this near beach option was the venue. They do not take bookings so we had to chance it on a walk on basis. Fortunately at midday there were a few tables available inside (outdoor tables were full).The menu has the usual selection of brunch favourites and I went with the smashed avo. The dark rye was rich, the poached eggs slightly watery but overall it was satisfying. Partner was happy with her BLT.Coffees were good but not outstanding, lacked a little flavour.

The food was decent and the coffee was great. Bit of an odd start to the experience when we were greeted with a friendly “Hi” but then they walked off.. twice. We weren’t sure if we were going to be seated or we just had to fend for ourselves. At least the food came out quickly.Great location for a walk along the beach after breakfast.
